Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Gate browser extension, the website (gate.withoutwax.me) and Gate Pro (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Gate is operated by Heui Chang Kim (김희창), a sole proprietor. Contact: withoutwax@kakao.com
Payments and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes, receipts and refunds. The Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
The Service
Gate is free to use. Gate Pro is a lifetime license bought with a one-time payment (not a subscription; it never renews). Pro is tied to the account you bought it with and works in every browser and device where you sign in with that account. Prices and Pro features are as shown on the website’s pricing section.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your password safe. You may not share your account or resell your license.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes, circumvent payment or license checks, or interfere with how the Service runs. Doing so may lead to suspension.
Limits of the Service
Gate is a tool that slows down and hides access according to rules and filters you set. It does not guarantee that all harmful content is blocked, and it can be bypassed through browser settings or other devices. The Service is provided “as is”.
Changes and discontinuation
Features may change as we improve Gate. If the Service has to shut down, we will announce it on the website at least 30 days in advance and keep the extension’s on-device features working where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for Gate Pro.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We post changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes are announced 7 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
